Published on:  28 Nov 2013

Northern Ireland Office Minister of State Andrew Robathan MP recently met with youth workers and young people in Poleglass to hear about the wide range of activities delivered by Youth Initiatives.

The cross-community organisation delivers a wide range of programmes that aim to awaken hope, inspire initiative, and mobilise youth to make a vital contribution to their community and to reconciliation in Northern Ireland.

Earlier this year Youth Initiatives opened its new purpose-built premises on Colin Road which was supported by the International Fund for Ireland.

Northern Ireland Office Minister of State Andrew Robathan MP is pictured with International Fund for Ireland Board Member, Billy Gamble; Doug Smith, Director of Youth Initiatives; and youth workers and young people involved in the organisation’s programmes.
