Duration:
Fixed-term post until 28 February 2025 subject to satisfactory completion of a probationary period of 12 months.
Salary:
Attractive compensation package offer based on a 4 day week (minimum 30 hours) Note the role may require work outside of normal office hours on occasion.
Pension:
The Fund will contribute a sum equivalent to 12.5% of the Employee’s salary to a PRSA set up by the Employee
Reporting Line:
The post-holder will report directly to the Joint Director-General for the International Fund for Ireland (IFI) in Dublin.
Location:
The post will be home based. Access to an internet connection that will facilitate e-working and participation in video conference calls is necessary. The successful applicant will have to visit projects in rural areas. A full driver’s license and access to a vehicle is necessary.

Main Purpose of the Role
To work closely with local communities and relevant agencies in the identification, development, and support of projects under the IFI programmes that will empower communities to help them create sustainable peace in a shared future. To support projects that encourage community development and leadership, giving each generation the tools they need to prosper and grow. To facilitate communities to connect with communities from other traditions to support peace building efforts on this island.
